The Role You will:
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients to schedule appointments with Advisers for mortgage and/or protection reviews
- Maintain and update client records with accurate and detailed information
- Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Advisers to manage their schedules and ensure timely appointments
