About the Role:

• Building and managing a high-performance sales team
• Working with leadership to define recruitment strategies and sales targets
• Representing the brand and business in the wider market as an employer of choice
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes

You’re a natural leader with a strong network and a passion for people. You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in a senior sales or recruitment leadership role (mortgage industry preferred)
• A track record of recruiting and retaining top sales talent
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
