We are looking for an ESG Compliance Manager to lead our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our operations align with ESG standards while driving initiatives that promote responsible business practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce ESG compliance policies that align with industry standards and regulations . Monitor Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to ESG guidelines across all departments . Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote a culture of sustainability and social responsibility. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on ESG performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Training and Awareness: Lead training sessions to educate employees on ESG practices and the importance of compliance. What We’re Looking For: Expertise in ESG: Proven experience in ESG compliance, sustainability, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
