BV Dairy is a manufacture of specialist dairy produce, established 1958 in Shaftesbury Dorset.
In 2024 we joined the First Milk group – a British farmer-owned dairy co-operative.
You can find our products in most supermarkets across the whole of the UK.
To strengthen our production team we are looking for a Production Shift Manager.
4 on 4off – 18:00 – 06:00
Salary £49,000 per year
The Role
- To lead and develop team and individual performance to maintain business standards
- To ensure all products are manufactured to the required quality and quantity on time and in full within cost constraints.
- To ensure all safety (food and personal) and environmental standards are maintained at all times
- To build, maintain, and promote a Continuous Improvement Culture
About You
We’re looking for someone who is
- Solid experience within Production Management
- Ability to demonstrate experience in their leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean principles
- Food industry experience and relevant certification would be a plus
- IOSH certificated
- Experience of leading or being a participant in projects big & small
