Salary: £16,000 per year
Part Time
The Role
- Supporting the development of a positive workplace culture aligned to First Milk values and behaviours.
- Support continuous improvement by bringing new ideas.
- Be an active contributor across the business and an advocate for all things people related.
- Coaching line managers on a range of employee relations issues, which includes discipline, grievance and performance management issues
- Training delivery as appropriate
- Supporting the site PDR process, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
- Experience of having worked successfully in a similar level of role in a fast paced environment.
- Sound understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
- HR experience in a manufacturing environment or the FMCG/Food/Dairy sector.
- CIPD Qualification (or working towards)
