First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit a Training Standards Controller on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Faslane depot.
This role focuses on overseeing training quality, internal validation, and compliance with defence and industry standards (BR8420, JSP822, ISO 9001).
