Duties and Responsibilities of a Technical Tra iner: Delivering technical training as required in line with curriculum and awarding body requirem ents.
Completing administrative duties and monitor and support learners' progress throughout their learning jou rney.
Assisting with and developing resources for the automotive depart ment.
Ensuring inclusion of equality and diversity, promoting good values and employability skills within training sess ions.
Liaising with colleagues and the assessing team to remain focused on learner success and achieve ment.
Skills and Qualificat ions: Comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology, preferably trucks and the DAF Trucks b rand.
Hands-on experience of repair and maintenance techniques for modern vehicles or relevant qualifica tion.
Excellent and adaptable communication sk ills.
Experience in the design and delivery of technical trai ning.
Ability to plan and organise in order to meet deadl ines.
Willingness to l earn.
Flexible approach and excellent team working sk ills.
Clean and current driving license as occasional travel within the UK and Europe may be requ ired.
