Overview

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Swindon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to deliver outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy branch, with full training provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist both trade and retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable products for individual projects.
  • Provide expert product advice and support to customers.
  • Process customer orders accurately using the company computer system.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure branch documentation is organised.
  • Receive, check and process customer orders and incoming deliveries.
  • Keep the branch and warehouse clean, tidy and well organised.
  • Merchandise new products and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Ensure stock is stored safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and report any concerns.
  • Support the wider branch team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Promote additional products and maximise sales opportunities where appropriate.
