Overview: First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Senior Site Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Cumbria depot.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Site Coordination
- Manage and coordinate all construction and engineering activities within your area of responsibility.
- Lead, mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and third-party stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
- Plan and manage site activities in conjunction with construction and supervision teams.
- Produce and maintain detailed rolling three-week look-ahead programmes.
- Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify risks, constraints and opportunities that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure all permits, task briefings, inductions and approvals are in place before works commence.
