Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Production Technician on behalf of one of our fantastic clients based in Berinsfield, Oxfordshire. Our client is looking for a practical and motivated individual to join their production team, assisting in the manufacture, preparation, testing and inspection of high-quality products. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment, possess a strong work ethic and be committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Prepare mouldings in line with the production schedule.
- Assist in the preparation and bonding of products.
- Carry out cutting, grinding and flow coating of bonded products.
- Support other areas of the manufacturing process as directed by the Team Leader.
