Salary: £25,000 (£30,000 - £35,000 Realistic OTE in first year)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (16:00 finish on a Friday)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team in Quedgeley, Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration within a supportive and rewarding environment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and our internal database.
  • Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Writing and posting engaging job advertisements.
  • Matching suitable candidates to live vacancies.
  • Managing candidate records and ensuring CRM systems remain up to date.
  • Coordinating interviews and obtaining feedback from candidates.
  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants with candidate generation and vacancy fulfilment.
  • Proactively networking with military personnel, veterans, and civilian candidates.
  • Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and industry sectors.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets.
