Salary: £14.28 per hour Overview First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Receptionist on behalf of one of our clients.

As the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while providing effective administrative support to the wider team.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities for the

Receptionist: Greet and welcome all students, staff, visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages where required.

Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure safeguarding and security protocols are followed at all times.

Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area.

Provide administrative support to the school's management and administrative teams.

Handle incoming and outgoing post, parcels and deliveries, ensuring items are distributed promptly.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings and events.
