Overview: Our well-established client are Water and Power engineers with experience from feasibility studies to design, project management and O&M. They are committed to providing practical, cost-effective engineering solutions and have a multi-disciplined international team of skilled engineers and designers complemented by associates with diverse specialist skills and experience. We are looking for a Project Engineer with a can-do attitude to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Examining the engineering requirements of designs and comparing these with the commercial and site constraints.
- Managing suppliers, service providers and keeping track of project programme.
- Maintaining cost control for projects and their individual elements.
- Assisting in the supervision of pipe testing and inspection of civil engineering structures.
- Liaison between designers, site staff/contractors and the management team.
- Know the sequence of jobs (in the office) and pre-empt the need for information/client input.
- Work as part of a team to suggest improvements which will benefit our clients.
