Our client is looking for a driven Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to join their fast‑growing team and ensure their premium sports memorabilia reaches fans around the world quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the entire logistics and dispatch operation. As they scale, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
- Maintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and security
- Coordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high‑volume periods are delivered without delays
