Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review competencies of all personnel within the department to ensure that all personnel have suitable training, qualifications behaviours to ensure suitability for the role.
- Accountable for the monitoring of productivity on all works.
- Accountable for the creation and management of a high performing workforce within the discipline.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of key HR activities within the team including annual salary and bonus reviews, appraisals, talent and succession planning etc.
- Support in the creation and design of development programmes and employee upskilling.
