To carry out statutory LOLER inspections on a variety of lifting equipment. Inspections to be carried out thoroughly and to an excellent standard. Surveying existing plants to provide a report upon the incumbent service provider's service delivery, compliance with current Health & Safety Legislation, Disability Discrimination Act compliance and short/medium/long term comments in respect to lift cycle analysis of the plant. Provide an overview report of possible options for either refurbishment of existing installation of possible replacement with a new pre-engineered modular design solution. Carry out visual surveys of existing installations to 'benchmark' the installation against our in-house predetermined 'quality' expectations and produce reports. Providing professional advice on the incumbent service provider as to their overall performance and service delivery and produce reports. Travelling independently to attend customer sites/premises as required. Qualified (or equivalent experience) to at least NVQ 3 - Lift Engineering. Proven experience of carrying out service/maintenance lift inspections. Good written and spoken English. Full UK Driving license.
