Overview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Commercial Heating – Gas Operations Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will support and supervise a team of heating engineers, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of commercial and domestic heating maintenance, repairs, servicing, and installations. The role also involves monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of heating engineers carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Monitor engineer performance, KPIs, productivity, and first-time fix rates.
- Provide technical support, fault diagnosis, and identify training needs.
- Ensure PPM programmes, certification, and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly.
- Manage resources, stock levels, materials, and labour costs.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and compliance audits.
