Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Camden (London)

Salary: £46,000 - £54,500 (dependent on experience)

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives both on the tools and in coordinating teams, setting the standard for performance, efficiency, and service delivery.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising and supporting a team of mobile maintenance engineers
  • Manage and optimise daily schedules using CMMS and scheduling software
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements
  • Conduct regular audits of work quality, reporting, and vehicle standards

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Maintenance Engineer

Proven experience leading or supervising a mobile or field-based team

Physically capable and willing to remain actively involved in field work

28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
