AL810: Logistics Operator Salary: Competitive Location: Enfield Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Logistics Operator on behalf of one of our clients. To ensure the safe, efficient, secure and controlled receipt, storage and movement of factory stocks / materials in accordance with Company procedures along with the accurate inputting of various transactions, record updating and reporting as required. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: To practice good housekeeping so as to maintain the quality of materials and a safe working environment. Release production shop orders, create pick lists, marshal kits and complete 1st issue transaction. Update stock records for shop order shortage and other non-shop order issues, as required. Vetting and approval of materials requisitions prior to picking. The marshalling of materials for independent supply to other stores/warehouses as required.
