First Military Recruitment are pleased to be able to offer this exceptional opportunity for a Depot Manager for one of our market leading clients. My client is looking for an experienced leader who has not only the people management experience, but has a track record of success in an operational environment. The successful candidate will be able to operate commercially at all levels, both internally and externally. The ability to analyse current business activities and formulate improvements to allow improved customer experience and to maximise profitability. The role is reporting to the National Operations Manager and forms part of the UK wide management team. A visible role within the business as this role will be based in the company's largest region. Our client encourages applications from Ex-Military personnel, however all candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership and management of the company's team in the Doncaster region.
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service is achieved and sustained.
- Maintaining and increasing productivity and profitability targets through effective management.
- Increased business growth within the region through effective business development.
- Motivation of the team to achieve collective goals.
- To achieve key financial and operational KPI's.
