Personal Profile: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client, who are a global company that supports users of vibration test systems with installation, maintenance, repair, calibration and consultancy. The Field Service Engineer builds and maintains relationships with customers while supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of Vibration Test Equipment and systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Evaluate systems and make recommendations for improvements and solutions.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on customer sites in line with recommended procedures.
- Talk with customers and understand their needs, communicating the requirements and timeline for their system plan.
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Travel around the UK and overseas to install and maintain equipment.
