Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Coachbuilder on behalf of one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy engineering team responsible for maintaining and repairing a modern fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of coachbuilding, accident repair, bodywork, and interior refurbishment tasks, ensuring vehicles are returned to service safely and to a high standard. Our client offers ongoing technical training, career progression, and provides all necessary PPE and basic tools to support your success. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out accident damage repairs and diagnose bodywork faults.
- Perform collision and vandalism repairs, including window replacement, panel repairs, and fibreglass work.
- Complete interior repairs, including seating, flooring, and air-operated door systems.
- Prepare vehicles for paint and carry out minor paint repairs and touch-ups.
- Rectify defects identified during routine inspections.
- Accurately document repairs.
