Overview

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Head PTI on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an Ex-UK Armed Forces PTI or military fitness professional to take their experience into a senior leadership position within a high-performing fitness organisation.

Our client is looking for someone who understands the high standards, discipline, leadership and professionalism developed through military service and can bring these qualities into a civilian fitness environment. You will be responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering high-quality training and setting the standards across the facility. This is much more than a coaching role, with a strong focus on leadership, developing people, maintaining performance and creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

Candidates from any branch of the UK Armed Forces will be considered, with relevant PTI, fitness instruction, coaching, leadership or training experience highly desirable.

Relocation Opportunity

A relocation package could be available for the right candidate. Our client is open to experienced military personnel who are willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity.
