Overview

We are recruiting a skilled CCTV Service Engineer to join a long-established, family-run CCTV company specialising in the servicing, maintenance, and support of CCTV and Door Access Control systems across the UK. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair CCTV and Door Access Control systems
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance visits
  • Complete service sheets, reports, and job documentation accurately and on time
  • Conduct service-related surveys and warranty investigations
  • Provide first-class customer support and technical advice on-site
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Report findings, issues, and feedback to the Service Manager

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience servicing and maintaining CCTV systems
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
  • Solid understanding of CCTV and Access Control systems
  • Confident working at height and in a range of environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
  • Basic IT skills
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
  • DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
