Overview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure additional sales revenue.
- Be proactive across the week attending various different sites, booking meetings and knocking on doors.
- Promote the company’s powered access and hire solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent levels of service.
- Ensure equipment is placed efficiently to meet customer requirements.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
- Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in powered access sales or a similar hire sector.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to win and develop business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a successful and expanding business.
