Salary: £65,000 + £5,750 Car Allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Overview: First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor on a permanent basis due to growth based at either their Snowdonia depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical, electrical and public health installation works.
  • Coordinate MEP subcontractors and specialist trades.
  • Monitor quality, programme and compliance across all MEP activities.
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, commercial and construction teams to deliver project objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction procedures and practices.
  • Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with the trade.
  • Confidence in management of MEP subcontractors.
  • SSSTS.
  • A University degree in engineering or equivalent.
