Working alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of permanent vacancies across the UK. You will receive full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of 30,000 to 35,000. This role would particularly suit individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
The Role:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and our internal database.
- Conducting candidate screening calls.
