Location: Bristol

Salary: £13-15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and remove traffic management in accordance with Sector Scheme 12b/d and legal requirements, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs.
  • Safely operate and maintain traffic management equipment, including signage and temporary traffic signals.
  • Professionally drive company vehicles in full compliance with the Highway Code and road traffic legislation.
  • Complete all required digital documentation, including: Risk assessments, Vehicle and plant checks, Install/deinstall records, Incident reporting.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report near misses, incidents, and road traffic collisions.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety standards, RAMS, and SSOW, including participation in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
  • Represent the company professionally when working on-site and engaging with members of the public.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of temporary traffic management practices, particularly Sector Scheme 12d.
  • Proven experience installing and operating multi-phase temporary traffic signals.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively within high-risk roadside environments.

Qualifications & Training

  • Sector Scheme 12d (M1, M2, and M5 minimum).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
