Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in commercial and industrial environments Inspect and test electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment Identify and document defects, non-compliances, and potential safety hazards Provide clear and concise reports detailing the condition of electrical installations, including recommendations for remedial actions Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as required. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills.
