First Military Recruitment are currently searching for a Semi-Skilled Operative on behalf of one of our clients. This role involves supporting production operations within a timber manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assisting skilled sawyers, handling timber products, and operating various saws and nail guns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, organisation, and teamwork, while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Previous experience is advantageous, along with a motivated attitude toward meeting performance targets and effective communication with management.
This position offers flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle (7:00am 3:00pm or 9:00am 5:30pm) and an early finish every Friday to start your weekend sooner!

Duties and Responsibilities:- General Factory Worker, assisting sawyers, moving and picking timber products
- Manufacturing Timber Frame Products
- Operating Chop Saws, Table Saws, Wall Saws & Nail Guns
- An organised & safe approach to work

- Work efficiently in a tidy work environment
