- Overview
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Repairs Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.
Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Repairs Admin duties.
- Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
- Resolve any customer queries and problems that come through.
- Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel
- Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the department heads.
Skills & Qualifications
- Administrator experience is preferred.
- Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
- Experience of high volume, high pressure environments.
- Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
