Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a General Handyman on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attending private rented dwellings to complete requested repairs and maintenance.
- A typical day might include wet plumbing, painting, lifting & moving furniture, simple joinery and gardening.
- Maintenance of bathrooms and kitchen.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven property services experience & knowledge of building maintenance issues.
- Trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Must be a team player, and work will solo as well as in a team.
