First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Electrical Instructor on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Lyneham depot. As an Electrical Instructor, you will deliver and develop high-quality electrical engineering training for military trainees, helping shape the future of defence capability. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering electrical training sessions using modern teaching methods and technologies.
  • Assessing trainee progress through written and practical evaluations.
  • Monitoring trainee development and providing feedback, support, and remedial instruction.
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and equipment accountability within the training environment.
  • Maintaining and updating course materials to reflect current equipment and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering setting.
  • Proven experience in a relevant working environment.
  • Experience with electromechanical equipment.
  • Knowledge of power generation and distribution systems, including single-phase and three-phase systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
