First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to seek out new opportunities in Bedford using traditional prospecting methods. Our client offers easy-to-use textile services that ensure safe and hygienic solutions for the best possible customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound leads through various channels, including website, email, telephone, and others.
- Continuously build and update the sales pipeline.
- Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Obtain renewal dates of prospects tied to contracts with competitors.
- Conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, which may include generating appointments and leads for our sales teams.
- Prospect for new business, including participation in strategic marketing campaigns.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate the company's services to prospective clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
