The predicted salary is between 24.3 - 29.7 Β£ per hour.

Location: Central London – 50% hybrid/office

Salary: Β£27.15 per hour

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Executive Personal Assistant on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of executive personal assistance, administrative and secretarial support to Head of Divisions.
  • Take the lead on diary management, correspondence, email management, meeting arrangements and event management.
  • Develop comprehensive working procedures within the office, including establishing and maintaining office filing systems, management of office moves, desk allocation and ensuring that processes are adhered to.
  • Produce minutes of meetings as requested by the Director, communicate outcomes and ensure that follow up actions are taken.
  • Act appropriately and independently as the situation requires communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with other business areas through both personal contacts and fostering a reputation for high quality work and dependability.
  • Work with the rest of the directorate team to ensure effective delivery of work, including providing cross-cover support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as high level Executive Personal Assistant is essential.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload with often competing priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Understanding the confidential nature of the role, handling sensitive information confidently.
