JB503: Lead Internal Quality Assurer Location: Hull Salary: £40,990 per annum Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Lead Internal Quality Assurer on behalf of one of our clients. You will be responsible for organising and maintaining the internal quality assurance processes across the organisation’s training and assessment provision. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities for the Lead Internal Quality Assurer: The role ensures that assessment decisions are fair, valid, reliable, consistent and that provision meets the requirements of awarding organisations EAL, City & Guilds, ECITB, TWI, JTL (CompEx), Pearsons EDEXCEL Higher National Programs and Apprenticeships. End point assessment provision sits separately to this role with the Head of Higher Nationals Programmes and Field Team Manager respectively. The Lead IQA provides support to IQAs, assessors and trainers, embedding a strong quality culture and driving continuous improvement.
