Location: Inverness

Salary: 74,000 - 78,000 + 5,750 Car Allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Overview: First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Quality Manager on a permanent basis due to growth based at either their Inverness depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality planning and produce a framework that the project can use to provide a quality product.
  • Ensure that quality and management system requirements are delivered.
  • Ensure that the works are as specified and that the required testing and commissioning has taken place.
  • Provide Governance support to site team as required e.g. GDPR, Data Protection and other compliance issues as required.
  • Manage the Assurance process to ensure that the project works can be properly certified as correct to the client.
  • Manage and drive Improvement activities to assist the project in meeting its goals.
  • Provide support and advice on Quality within the Context of the project including best practice and lessons learnt.
