Overview: First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Anglesey depot. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will supervise complex aircraft maintenance activities, work independently using approved technical data and instructions, and ensure compliance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide flexibility during peak flying periods by supporting the flying task during the busiest parts of the day.
- Undertake Out-of-Phase (OOP) maintenance tasks during aircraft turnarounds.
- Assist aircrew with crew-in rectification to ensure operational readiness.
- Make decisions and take actions within authorised limits, based on trade, experience, and competence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or a military equivalent.
- Minimum academic qualification: City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance, or an equivalent certification.
