JR364: Yard Labourer Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire Salary: Up To £28,200 Per Annum Overview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Yard Labourer to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career.  The role is primarily depot based, although occasional travel to customer sites may be required. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the service, maintenance and general upkeep of the depot's rental fleet. Provide general assistance around the yard, including loading and offloading equipment. Operate a forklift within the yard following appropriate training. Record hours and fuel levels of generators returned by customers or company transport. Assist with servicing and repairs to company and customer equipment off site when required. Drive company vehicles to collect and deliver parts and essential equipment following appropriate training. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Comply with company Health & Safety policies and procedures. Comply with company ISO quality, environmental and health and safety standards. Contribute to the company's continuous improvement programme. Work effectively as part of the wider depot and rental team. Skills and Qualifications: Full UK driving licence Forklift Truck Licence  Previous experience working in a workshop environment  CSCS Card Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. Willingness to learn and undertake training. Good awareness of health and safety requirements. Benefits: EOT Bonus Scheme.
