MH13 - Finance Administrator (Payroll) Location: Burton Latimer Salary: £28,500 Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Administrator on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for our 7 trading businesses as well as for our head office business and pension scheme. You will also be expected to support various aspects of the finance function included but not limited to, general finance administration, processing purchase and sales invoices, supporting both supplier and customer queries and credit control. Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll processing Payroll time sheet management Intercompany recharges Expense Management CIS Returns Credit control and supporting the collection of customer debt Support Supplier invoice processing Support Supplier Statement reconciliations Month End processes Support Bank reconciliations Support the opening of any new supplier and customer accounts Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll processing role. Experience with credit control / accounts payable would be an advantage. Strong IT skills and experience of Sage 50 payroll, Sage 200, Excel/Office 365. Protean knowledge would be an advantage. Strong communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders. Professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills. Organised and efficient. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge/experience of the construction / manufacturing industry is desirable It will be an advantage if you have worked within a Group company setting Location: Burton Latimer Salary: £28,500
