Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury estate hotel. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.
- Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.
- Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.

- Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce in a quality-led kitchen.
