Location: Chandlers Ford

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) + 1 in 2 Saturdays according to rota (5 out of 6 working days per week)

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of our client based in Chandlers Ford. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding retail business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management, performance and profitability of the branch.
  • Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities whilst developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers and suppliers.
  • Manage sales, margins and overheads to deliver best-in-class financial performance.
  • Coach, develop, motivate and inspire colleagues to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Create a positive, customer-focused culture that consistently delivers exceptional service.
  • Build productive relationships with the wider business to maximise customer value and business growth.
  • Ensure high standards of branch presentation, housekeeping, stock management and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a strong health and safety culture, promoting colleague wellbeing and ensuring compliance with company standards.
