BJ12 – Branch Manager Location: Exeter Salary: £27,799 + Percentage of Stores Takings (£36,302 OTE) Working Hours: 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 6 (closed Sundays and Bank Holidays) First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of our client based in Exeter. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding retail business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers. Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products. Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance. Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing. You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers.
