This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy site team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing a high level of customer service while supporting the wider site team with day-to-day facilities and administrative duties. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, clients and contractors. Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently. Managing the site access control system, including creating and issuing access badges. Providing first-line support to tenants and assisting with queries and service requests.
