Salary: £37,310 (£40,000 if hold an Assessors qualification) + Vehicle
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 37 hours per week

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Coach (Electronics) permanent basis due to growth to cover the South West of the UK. This position is also fully remote working from home but with frequent travel to Salisbury.

As an Apprenticeship Coach – Electronics Technician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Apprenticeship Coach delivers workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.

Day-to-day, you’ll ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation, as well as:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
Monitor and review learners in line with the customers’ expectations.
Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines. xiskglj
Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on the requirements of their programme.
Skills and Qualifications:

Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment
Maths and English – GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
Relevant industry related qualification – Electronics – (minimum of level 3)
