Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to seek out new opportunities across Reading using traditional prospecting methods. Our client offers easy-to-use textile services that ensure safe and hygienic solutions for the best possible customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, visiting and/or contacting potential and existing customers to meet sales targets.
- Assess customer needs, plan and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Provide intended customer experience by creating a desired emotional atmosphere through active listening towards the customer.
- Maintain sales activities in CRM database effectively.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and share best practices.
- Manage own sales pipeline and be mindful of required activity to fulfil the goals in the pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in business, marketing or related field.
