First Mile is seeking an Operations Support Executive to back our day-to-day collection and delivery operations at Minerva Road, NW10. You will coordinate drivers, dispatch routes, resolve issues and maintain accurate information across our systems, including Salesforce, Detrack and Teams.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance priorities and communicate clearly with drivers and colleagues while supporting night and day shifts and handovers to the next team.
