About the Role

The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for handling all customer queries within specified timescales to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery. The role also supports day‑to‑day running of client accounts under the direction of the Account Management Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Process service change requests and implement changes on company software.
  • Ensure phone usage and calls are conducted in line with company policies and training.
  • Handle and resolve customer and supplier queries, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong, confident personality with extensive experience in a customer‑facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with customers and suppliers at all levels. The successful candidate will manage their workload efficiently, work well under pressure, and be able to work independently. Experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
