  • Maintain and issue Care staff rotas which should consider accuracy and client continuity. This will include an agreed target of regularly scheduled calls to maintain continuity of care.

  • Establish initial rotas for new care packages.

  • Carry out care assessments and create a person-centred care plan meeting the needs of the clients.

  • Carry out quality assurance checks with care staff and clients.

  • Support new staff with effective shadowing rosters and promptly build regular work schedules within their availability.

  • Ensure clients and their families are up to date with progress and communicate any changes to timings or care staff.

  • Maintain and update both carer and client databases on the in house roster management systems.

  • Ensure holidays, absences and any changes are accurately recorded on the database and essential cover is maintained.

  • Update and enter the process of all reviews and assessments and monitor training requirements of care staff.

  • Receive, accept and process enquiries for new packages of care.

  • Oversee and monitor mileage and travel times to ensure financially cost effective planning for the business.

  • Participate with ‘on call’ out of hours service.

Applicants ideally will have 2-5 years experience within Domiciliary Care and have aspirations to develop themselves further. Full training and ongoing support will also be provided., * Ability to work both independently and within a team. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, receiving and providing support to colleagues in a friendly office environment.

  • Accurate and precise administrative skills.

  • Ability to handle needs with priority and work under pressure at times.

  • Ability to train and develop skills to progress the business and meet your own ambitions.

  • Must hold minimum NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care, ideally level 3.

  • Excellent communicator with good technology skills.

Own transport with full driving licence and right to work in the UK, * care: 2 years (required)

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
