They specialise in providing bespoke lighting solutions for prestigious projects across the globe, working closely with designers, specifiers and integrators to bring visionary concepts to life. They are currently seeking an ambitious and passionate Specification Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine love of lighting and a drive to build relationships within the design community, helping to shape the next chapter of the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with a wide range of lighting designers, specifiers, and integrators across the country.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and continued satisfaction.
  • Engage with new clients and identify opportunities to introduce the company’s innovative lighting solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sharing expert knowledge on the latest products, technologies, and design trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to align client needs with project delivery and company goals.
  • Drive the company’s brand presence within the market by promoting the full portfolio of products and services.
